Do you cover bank holidays?
Yes, Meowmate does offer visits on bank holidays. Please note that bank holiday visits are charged at double the standard rate.

Can you visit my pet at a specific time?
I always try my best to visit around the agreed time window. However, exact times can't always be guaranteed as visits are planned based on travel routes and other bookings in the area.Rest assured that your pet will still receive the same level of care and attention during each visit.

Will it always be you visiting my pet?
Yes – when you book with Meowmate, it will always be me (Karie) visiting your pets.
This helps pets feel more comfortable as they get used to the same friendly face.​

How will I know my pet is doing okay while I'm away?
I'll keep you updated after each visit, usually through WhatsApp or message.
You'll receive a short update along with plenty of photos, so you can see how your pet is doing.

What happens if there is an emergency?
During the meet & greet, I'll collect all the important details such as:
• Your vet’s contact information
• Emergency contacts
• Any medical information about your pet
If there is ever a concern about your pet's health, I will contact you immediately and follow the agreed steps, including taking them to the vet if necessary.
Your pet will always be treated with the same care and attention as if they were my own.

Are there any additional charges?
If I need to collect keys before your booking, there is a £5 key collection fee.
This helps cover travel time for collecting and returning keys.
